It’s official – Long Reach Village is 50 years old! To mark the anniversary, we are continuing to build connections between our community and the environment by hosting special events, fun projects and learning opportunities that improve our health and the health of our land and waterways.

Native Tree & Plant Giveaway – On election day, April 24, we distributed 100 native plants and 50 native trees! We plan to hold another giveaway in the fall.
Long Reach Sustainable Landscaping Tour – From April 22 – 25th the Long Reach Watershed Advisory Committee hosted a self-guided tour to showcase the sustainable landscaping practices in our village! We hope to hold similar tours again in the future!
Virtual Presentations – We have free, eco-friendly, online presentations planned throughout the year. We can’t tell you about all of them quite yet so check back for updates!
