Updated Architectural Guidelines

Updated Architectural Guidelines

We have updated our village’s Architectural Guidelines. The changes were approved at the Nov. 17th Board Meeting.

As part of this update, Long Reach will no longer be sending postcards to adjacent residences regarding proposed exterior alterations. Residents can still stay informed! Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) meeting agendas are available on the village website here and are posted at Stonehouse. Residents may also receive RAC information directly by joining our mailing list (sign-up on our homepage) or calling the village office.

Below you will find the revised guidelines:

Head Start Coming to Long Reach Village Center

Head Start Coming to Long Reach Village Center

The Community Action Council of Howard County’s early childhood education program, Head Start, is coming to the Long Reach Village Center. This new location will allow for more classroom capacity and reduce challenging transit needs.

Head Start and Pre-K provides free pre-school to eligible 3- to 5-year-old children. Programs provide family engagement services, speech & language therapy, mental health consulting, hearing & vision screening, and nutritional counseling.
