The Hearing Examiner, appointed by the County Council, scheduled a continuation of the Zoning Board Hearing for the Long Reach Village Center Redevelopment (ZB 1132M) for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10 am. The Hearing will be a hybrid meeting (Attend in person in the Banneker Room of the George Howard Building at 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, or virtually via Webex).
Testimony for the March 18, 2026 Zoning Board Hearing may be given in-person or virtually via WebEx. Anyone wishing to testify must register prior to the start of the hearing using one of the 2 following methods:
* You may sign up in advance through the TESTIFY website
* You may sign up in-person outside of the Banneker Room entrance via a provided laptop prior to the hearing start on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18TH.
