The Hearing Examiner has concluded two days of Zoning Board hearings for the Long Reach Village Center Redevelopment (ZB 1132M). The record for ZB1132 is closed, pending parties filing their Memorandums of Law by April 1, 2026. No new testimony is allowed. Only parties of record are able to file exceptions to the Hearing Examiner’s written report (once issued), and only in that instance is oral testimony allowed at the Zoning Board’s public meeting, but it is limited to the matters to which exceptions have been taken.
