The Zoning Board Presentation/Work Session scheduled for June 10, 2026, has been postponed. Per the Howard County Zoning Board website, Columbia Concepts filed a motion to Substitute Council, Postpone, and Disqualify on June 9, 2026. The Zoning Board voted to postpone and continue the case to a date to be determined by the next Zoning Board, and that a decision must be final issued by June 30, 2027.

Columbia Concepts has said it remains committed to the project and looks forward to continuing the process after the moratorium and upon the new Zoning Board’s reconvening next year.
