Columbia Concepts, the developer of the proposed Long Reach Village Center Redevelopment Plan, attended the October 7, 2025, Long Reach Village Board Meeting and presented an updated Redevelopment Plan, which excludes the parcel of land owned by the adjacent church.
Columbia Concepts continues to work with the adjacent property owners and will submit the Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) to the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning, which is the next step in the County’s Major Village Center Redevelopment Process, once all Owner Authorizations have been signed and the footprint of the project is finalized.
