The Planning Board will hear Columbia Concepts’ petition to redevelop the Long Reach Village Center on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the Banneker Room of the George Howard Building (3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043). This is a public meeting, and residents may provide written testimony or testify in person to share their feedback on the proposed redevelopment plan.
