A Howard County construction project to install a roundabout at the intersection of Old Montgomery Road and Tamar Drive near Jeffers Hill Elementary School in Columbia, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, September 12th. Signs and flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as needed during construction hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm, as lane shifts and temporary lane closures are expected. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late November 2022.
